HOW TO USE

Before use, please fully charge it. The lights flash while charging and stay on when fully charged. Working time: 1 hour (high) to 1.5 hours (low). Charging time: 1.5 hours.

To turn on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds; the light will turn on to indicate standby mode. To cycle through speeds and patterns, press the function button. To turn off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

When both lights are off, the product is off. For optimal battery life, ensure the product is turned off when not in use and fully recharge it once every 6 months.
